5’9 190, 33 waist
I wear L in briefs so got my size, though its listed to size down as it “Fits Big”. Great Material but glad I didn’t size down because they are snug. If I would have sized down, these definately wouldn’t have fit. They are wearable just a bit snug in the front and back.
Note: I also have the Human Nature style Briefs (size L) and Boxer Briefs (size M) and they fit true to size.

Sizing instructions aren’t accurate

I bought a set of three briefs. The instructions on the website specifically said that the sizing runs large, so customers should buy one size smaller than what they usually wear. I usually wear large; I bought the medium and they are quite tight and the pouch is quite restrictive. Should have gotten the large like I always wear.
