5’9 190, 33 waist
This is my 2nd attempt in getting this pair. Previous I’d sized down to a Sm because it’s stated they Fit Big so recommended to size down. This time I got my norm size Med and they still run small. More so in the legs. I should have sized up to a large. I’m out this time too as these are not wearable. Great material though.
Note: I also have the Human Nature style Boxer Briefs (size M) and Briefs (size L) and they fit true to size

5’9 190 33 waist
I’m a M in boxer briefs. For this style, I’d sized down to S due to the site’s recommendation stating: “FITS BIG - We recommend buying one size smaller than your usual underwear size for the best fit.”
Hate to break it but this style does not run big. For me, all 3 in this 3 pack are a true to size small.
There was no need to size down.
I really wished these would have worked out.

I guess it all depends on your body type and If you workout/run and can categorize yourself as having muscular/tone legs…that said, If you normaly wear a M in boxer briefs, do not size down to a S for this style.
