5’9 190 33 waist
I’m a M in boxer briefs. For this style, I’d sized down to S due to the site’s recommendation stating: “FITS BIG - We recommend buying one size smaller than your usual underwear size for the best fit.”
I can not wear these comfortably. Black pair are a true size small (I’m unable to wear these), The Gray and White Pairs are snug however not as snug as the black pair. I definitely won’t be able to wear these comfortably.
There was no need to size down for this style.
I really wished these would have worked out.

I guess it all depends on your body type and If you workout/run and can categorize yourself as having muscular/tone legs…that said, If you normaly wear a M in boxer briefs, do not size down to a S for this style.
